Our surface treatment services aim to enhance the chemical, mechanical and functional properties. We cover a range of sub-services under our surface treatment services in Pune. It includes Micro Crestline Iron Manganese Phosphating, Electro Less Nickel Plating, Quench Polish Quench (QPQ), Diamond-Like Carbon Coating (DLC), Tin Coating, Zinc Coating, and Powder Coating.

Micro Crestline Iron manganese phosphating

The process helps determine the extent and the acceptable level of pitting found on components from the phosphate coating process. The requirements include sectioning and mounting a phosphate-coated component part, which is representative of the phosphate coating process.

The process experts shall ground and polish the mounted section to an appropriate micro finish following regular metallographic techniques to enable a highly magnified view through a metallograph/ microscope.

Electro Less Nickel Plating

At Creative Carve, electroless nickel plating forms a significant part of our solutions and services. Electroless nickel plating defines the performance characteristics of acceptable electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy platings for metallic substrates in the heat-treated condition.

The coating process is lead and cadmium free. The applications include rear axle differential shafts, or parts that require a combination of wear, abrasion, and corrosion resistance.

Nickel Plating

Quench Polish Quench (QPQ)

This involves corrosion and wear resistance coating appropriate for under body corrosion protection, termed Quench Polish Quench (QPQ).

The process incorporates a post-salt bath process. After polishing, the process includes immersion in a P+NaOH salt at around 780 degrees Fahrenheit + water quench + oil immersion.

Tin Coating

Titanium Nitride (TiN) is the oldest of Nitride based coating deposited by Physical Vapour Deposition Technology (PVD).

It continues to be a versatile wear protection coating that provides effective reduction of abrasive and adhesive wear in many varied applications like cutting tools, punches, dies, injection mold components, wear components to improve tool life, wear against friction over uncoated tools.
